Reiki Healing
Reiki is a form of energy healing. During a session, the practitioner practice a technique in which hands are placed just off the body or lightly touching the body, depending on the strength of energy needed. This is done from crown to ground, or head to toe. This technique is known as the “laying on of hands.” Focusing on centering and charging each Chakra, some practitioners use the addition of Crystals at the clients digression.
In a Reiki session, the practitioner is seeking to transmit Universal Life Energy to the client. Sessions can last 30 mins to well over an hour, depending on the length the client wishes to lay and the amount of healing needed. The intention is to create deep relaxation, help speed healing, reduce pain or dependency, and decrease other symptoms you may be experiencing. A massage for the mind if you will, Reiki is to help release toxins that clog the connection of mind, body and spirit.
Many are leery or guarded when it comes to Reiki, mainly because it is misunderstood. Reiki is not directed towards any one religion and a wonderful way to connect to your higher self. We promise if you give it a try, you will quickly see its worth, feel its benefits and understand for yourself.

30 Min Reiki Treatment
Treat yourself to a short 30 minute Reiki Treatment. Allow your mind to release mental blockages during this guided energy healing. Typically the practitioner will focus on frontal energies, releasing any surface tension and anxiety.
60 Min Reiki Treatment
Indulge in the full Reiki experience with this treatment. Session will last 1 full hour from start to finish. The practitioner will help guide you into your deepest level of consciousness to begin the process of elimination. Typically with this session, Chakras are aligned and energies are cleared and recharged both in the front and back.
